At CamperDive, we strive to deliver your diving and hunting gear to you as quickly and securely as possible, so you can spend less time waiting and more time in the water.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery (Australia Wide)
We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic shipments to ensure reliable tracking and handling.
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 AUD.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $150 AUD, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

2. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
3. International Shipping & Express Options
- Express Post (EMS) & International Shipping: These options are available and can be selected at the Checkout page.
- International shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated automatically based on your location.
4. Special Requests & Instructions
We understand that some orders require extra attention.
- If you have specific delivery instructions or urgent requirements, please leave a message in the "Notes" section during checkout or email us directly.
- Our team will review your request and contact you as soon as possible to assist.
5. Returns & Refunds Shipping
Please review our policy regarding returns carefully:
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns or exchanges.
- Refund Calculation: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product. Please note that the original shipping cost incurred by CamperDive to send the item to you will be deducted from the final refund amount.
