Warranty Policy

We stand behind every product we make. Here's what our warranty covers.

1. Accessories Warranty

All CamperDive accessories — including tip sets, catch bags, and dive knives — are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase.

  • What is covered: Defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the product from performing as intended.
  • What is excluded: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (e.g., blunting of spearheads against rocks), accidental damage, loss, or misuse (e.g., using a dive knife as a pry bar).

2. How to Make a Claim

We aim to make the process as simple and fast as possible. To start a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our support team with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or a short video showing the defect. This helps our technical team (Nemo and the staff) diagnose the problem quickly.
  3. Review Period: We will review your claim within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, CamperDive will cover all shipping costs associated with the return of the defective item and the delivery of the replacement.

3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

Pro-Tips for CamperDive:

  • Tip Sets:
"Please note: Blunting or bending of spear tips due to impact with rocks is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under the manufacturing warranty."
  • Pole Spear Joints & Dive Knives:
"Proper maintenance, including rinsing with fresh water after every dive, is required to prevent surface oxidation."
